Wear indicators of brake pad barley touching the rotor. If the rotor has a slight warpage or a low/high spot (which they almost all do) it will only hit a certian place.

A berring would make a much worse sound than a chirp.

im with Jason - brake related. wheel bearing makes noise at all times (often worse when loaded up during acceleration or braking).

do check your linings and rotor runout. a slightly sticky caliper could allow the noise, warped rotor (as said), etc. if it all looks alright, it could be a harmonics issue at that speed. you could try some dressing on the back of the pad. also make sure your wheels/brakes are clean - when brake dust builds up, it can cause squeaks (depends on compound, etc, but it can occur).

ill add that suspension and brakes are one area to not play around with - even if you think you found the culprit, do go over everything under there and make sure it is all in good working order.

Yea that sounds like its brake related. Ive got a wheel bearing going bad and it makes a constant noise thats very annoying . Its the most annoying squeel in the world and its all i hear when my radio decides not to work . But I havent been able to fix mine cause the stupid caliper bolts on the sn-95 are striped out cause ford made the tops that stupid design and i'm a little underfunded right now . Ok i'm done complaining about my car now.....
