front end steering rack replacement

I have ball joints, a low mileage steering rack, and tie rod ends..

I know I need a tie rod pulling tool and a ball joint removal tool.


However do I need a special tool to compress the springs? Also my manual says the ball joints need to be pressed in, how would I go about doing this?


any advice is appreciated


it looks like a 6 hour job, but knowing ford and my car it might be an all day job
