Front suspension probelm

I have been having a problem with my front suspension creaking and the tire seems to chatter and vibrate while backing up and tirning at the same time. I checked everything under the car and can't find anything wrong. Any ideas? The suspension is completly stock and it has done this with the last two sets of tires I've had.

What size tires on the front? Maybe you're simply rubbing? Does it only happen at full lock?

all suspension parts and tires are same as origonal. It's not rubbing, it chatters and slips on the road when backing with wheels turned. I've looked at it from outside the car while it's happening and you can see the wheel chatter agaist the ground. When I've checked the wheel to see if the wheel bearings where bad and everything seems tight.
