front swaybar

can i remove the front swaybar?? it will be street driven and it's not an everyday car. it's more of a weekend car on nice days. also i don't drive it on the highway.

I drove mine around on the street for years with no front sway bar. I recently put it back on because I got tired of the crapping handling. It does help with straight line traction quite a bit though, especially if you have drag springs. Just don't take any corners going to fast, without the sway bar you will have a lot of body roll.

well it has work done to it. i have the trick flow stage 1 package on it. h/c/i. just trying to remove things that i won't need.

you dont need it, but you will greatly notice the added body roll, it will handle like a bus.

but i daily drive mine without it and i dont mind, i like it, the car wont jump up but you will notice some weight transfer and better traction.

if you're not taking it to the track, there is no reason in the world to take it off. It helps handling immensely

I am with Scott - that was where I was angling earlier. The anti-sway bar might not be absolutely necessary for driving around on the weekend, but the first time you need to make an evasive maneuver, you very well might wish it was there.
