FRPP C Springs

Hello,

If I install FRPP C springs on a 2001 GT, is it necessary to install C&C plates as well? Would anyone also recommend replacing the shocks and struts as well? My car currently has 45,000 miles only.........

CC shouldn't be needed with C-springs. Most will tell you to replace the struts and shocks now. Definitely get it aligned after the spring install.

No, you should not need cc plates and you might as well change the shocks/struts while you doing springs. The stock ones suck.

+1 on stock shocks sucking with lowering springs, and don't forget they will go bye bye in a hurry. So might as well do it right the first time and get shocks/struts.

best you can get w/out CC's is about .08degrees off camber which is fine. Toe will be fine too
