fuel injector adapters

i have a set of 24lb fuel injectors off a 2004 mach 1 mustang and i am trying to put them on a 89 mustang gt and replace the 19lb injectors. the problem i ran into is the harness is different and wont connect to the injectors. i was woundering if there is anyone that make an adapter plug to connect to two together??? thanks.

I would go the local bone yard and rape some two wire connectors from a mod motor with the same style injector. cut and paste... will be tedious but it wll work.

Why dont you sell the 04 injectors and buy the right ones for the 89. You might lose a little money in the process but you wont have to cut harnesses or anything.

Yep, do it right the first time. It might be more expensive, but it's worth it. Having to cut your harnesses and crap? That's stupid. If you have to change injectors because you need more fuel or what not, you're screwed. Don't do a hack job. Do it right the first time and be done with it.

I believe I have seen adapters somewhere -- I just don't remember where.

I think you'll find them if you keep looking.
