Yeah you know I don't think me putting them in the real first and then pushing down cause any issues but I get what you're saying. And you know it's definitely leaking at the rail to injector so not at the intake. I made sure everything was firm and nice and snug and the injectors do spin freely. I pushed down on each spot of the rail to make sure the injector was fully seated before I tightened the bolts but I didn't push down on the rail while I was tightening and I never have in the past and the other time I've messed with injectors. I would think that if it was the cause of it leaking more than one would be leaking but I moved the injector from the number five spot to the number 6 spot and it's still leaked at the number 5 spot so I knew it wasn't an o-ring on the injectorI always install the injectors first as the lower intake will cut an o-ring more often than the fuel rail or at least that it my experience. Get them in the lower and then line them up on the rails and then push the fuel rail down as evenly at I can. Rinse and repeat for the other side then push down when tightening the bolts. Injectors should spin freely between the lower and the injector rail.
I looked at it from the top visually looks to see if anything is out of order but I did not see anything. I will attach a few images here but I may just I mean I have no other choice but to possibly just go ahead and pull the real and see if I can see anything. I know all of the o-rings from the other injectors I removed are on the injector so there's not an o-ring stuck up in there.Have you looked at the injector rail? Could be bent or misshapen somehow.
I'm guessing it will be something glaring that looks odd from the rest of the injector holes as well as if it was bent it should be visibly notable but like I said I have no idea how it would have gotten bent or anything lolPull the injectors and use a telescoping mirror to inspect inside the injector rail where the injector connects to it.
So I found a thread on the corral where a guy had this issue with one spot on the fuel rail and so it's turned out to be the boat the stock boat was bottoming out on his aftermarket lower intake. So I just went out there and I got the intake and everything still on so it's limited spacing but I was able to with a flashlight be able to have just enough space to reach my hand in there to pull at the spot where the boat is holding the rail and sure enough there are some play. I will add washers to remedy that and also I will check the whole and see if there's any crud or anything up in there.Pull the injectors and use a telescoping mirror to inspect inside the injector rail where the injector connects to it.
Actually I was chomping at the bits after I watched my shows I normally go to bed but I was like you know what I'm going to go out tonight and spend about 30 minutes and go ahead and pull the intake off and see if I could reseat that one injector without even pulling all of the injectors off of that side out. So I was able to once I took the two boats out I was able to get just enough room to get the number five injector out little bit lube it up and then get it back in there. In that process the number six injector came out of the rail and so as I was putting the number five back in I just got it the rail on top of number six after I put some more lube on it and just gently guided it back in the real and snapped both back in place in the intake and I did lube the bottom as well of number five. Everything went back in fine and I added a washer. All nice and tight and snug and pressurized the system with the intake off 3 times and no leaks. I will check all four just to make sure everything else is seated fine and actually to see if everything else is seated fine but that one bolt has a little play between the bolt and tab

I had to reread what I said and I don't see where I said adjust anything. But basically if you have it lube good as You are putting it into the grill just twist and slide up push and twist and it'll go in there and you can feel it snap. Pretty much the same with the lower when you go to guide the real in the holes it is pretty much snap in but you can twist a little bit you can guide the rail down with one hand and use the other hand to kind of just twist or push simultaneously on the injector. If you haven't moved up real good it should not be a lot of force to really get them in the slots a little pressure but not nothing too crazyBy adjust it, do you mean turning the injector to try to seat it? I had to put pretty good force on couple of mine to get them right.
