Could be vapor lock, so check the location and proximity to heat sources of the fuel lines. Another thing it might be is your spark plugs. They might have bad electrodes within the ceramic insulation. I've had a set do to something similar. When the car was hot, it wouldn't restart. When it was cool there were no problems. The difference being that the car would occasionally die on me without warning. The plugs showed no signs of being bad to me, but I swapped them anyway and the problem was gone.
