What exactly does a "fuel log" do for a carb setup?

They are mostly used with carbs that are using a return style fuel system, very much like EFI cars do. Here is mine.

Thanks, that site pretty much covers any questions I had. Nice T bird, I also own 2 Thunderbird SCs, thought about putting a carbed small block in one of them..........lovin the side exit exhaust!

what did u use to mount ur regulator?

Probably the supplied bracket...it mounts under the regulator with screws behind it.

Here is a close up. The regulator has pipe to AN fittings in the in and outputs, and they mount to the elbow on the end of the log and to the short braided line going to the fitting on the shock tower.

No actual mount.
