Fuel Pressure and timing

I recently got an AFPR installed but i never realy figured out where the fuel pressure should be set at, can anyone help me out with this? mods are in the sig

About the best spot for mine 38 vac off.......run it some like that and do a plug check...if Black or heavy Brown, I'd back off 2 Lbs....but I bet you'll be fine right there...If the plugs seem White or lean, than add a couple lbs..
38-40 is usually the sweet spot for most cars...
