Fuel pressure for 88 stang

I have a almost bone stock 5.0 with only intake and complete exhaust. I dont know if yall know but i just bought this car and it came with 24lb injectors. with no maf conversion. so i already did the conversion and i plan on doing a h.c.i swap soon so im just going to get a fuel pressure reg and bump down the pressure. So i just want to know what should i bump it down to?

fuel pressure should be 37-40 psi with the vacuum disconnected....mine was dynoed and i made the best horsepower at 37 psi.....a dyno tune will tell you where you need to be after you upgrade...

I agree with Bill. Stock is usually around 39psi
