Just let the car sit overnight and then do it first thing the next day. That way the pressure has a chance to bleed down and the engine is cool.
DOn't use teflon tape to seat the threads. Use that thread paste and allow it to set up before pressurizing.
gas eats teflon, so i used it once anda bit of teflon floated up into my FP gauge and blocked the port and gave false readings. I only by chance discovered it when i looked inside and barely got the peice out. I got very lucky it didn't go into my injectors
