Fuel Pressure Issues

I've been trying to get my car running good and noticed my fuel pressure is low. I have a Kirban AFPR, fuel pressure gauge on the rail and a 255 pump. My pressure at idle is sitting at about 10 psi. I tried adjusting at the regulator and nothing changes (vacuum line is off and plugged). Also, when I turn it off and go back to it a little while later the pressure gauge is reading 0. Is it my regulator?

Anybody? I put a new IAC on it yesterday (had a surging idle). Still only showing 10psi of fuel pressure. It was surging BAD this morning. Idles between 500 and 2200 RPM. My main thing right now is figuring out this fuel pressure thing though.

Could be a plugged fuel filter. I'd also check for vac leaks and see if you have a cracked line somewhere. That's all i can think right now.

I have the same problem. running the same fuel setup but on a 95 5.0. Have you had any more luck on figuring it out?
