Fuel Pressure/Timing?

with the sig below, what fuel pressure and timing should I be running?

WEll with my setup right now im running around 45. I was having lots of problems of the car not wanting to start and come to figure out it was set around 60.
Timing not sure im working on that with mine as well

Every car can be different, but I would think between 40-45psi for f/p, and around 14-18 for timing, with aluminum heads you should be able to get away w/more timing. But I saw the sct chip in your sig, they usually make timing and fuel adjustments through the chip, any changes may cause driveabiliity issues w/the chip.
