Need help fellas. My car has idle issues and here's what I've noticed. When I disconnect the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line from the intake connection (near the EGR valve) the car idles fine but when I connect the vacuum line the car dies. Now when I reconnect the fuel pressure vacuum line and remove the plug where one of the egr vacuum line connected to (the red one) that was connected next to the fuel pressure vacuum line, the car idles and does not die

I recently removed the EGR valve (shut it off also w/TwEECer) plugged all the connections to the EGR including the one next to where the fuel vacuum line connects to. However, I did leave the larger hose connected that goes to the driver side of the car and connects to what looks like a vacuum tree (not sure of the name).

1. Does this hose need to be capped off also?

2. What could be the issue?

Any suggestions would be helpful

Thanks
