my fuel pressure goes from 30 lb's at idle to 45 lb's at idle and runs like **** when it's at 45lb's.

When I'm driving around and it stays at 45 lb's for about 30 minutes the car just totally boggs down and doesn't run for ****.

how do you know what the pressure is?

anyway, that's definetley high. i've got the Focus pump and it runs about 22psi at idle and 40psi at WOT. sounds like there might be some sort of electrical problem somewhere. maybe a sensor.

I run a 100 shot, and I have a fuel pressure gauge for the setup.

It just randomly started while driving down the road today.

I'm normally 30psi at idle, and 40 at wot.

My '04 is 40 with ignition on, 32 while running, 40 at WOT, then after it's real warmed up and about 105+ temp outside, fuel pressure runs at 40 regardless of throttle position.

Then once in a blue moon it'll shoot up to 55 or so, then go down to 20, then go back to 32ish. No clue.. stupid.
