Fuel Pump Fuse Problem

Hey guys I just recently bought a '00 GT and I've came across an issue. I noticed a previous owner added a wire with an inline 20amp mini fuse directly to the postive battery. I traced that wire and it splices into the light blue/orange striped wire that goes into the CCRM. Well without this wire the car will not start and throws a P1233 code which is the FPDM offline code. I've been testing various parts to try and determine why the car wont run without the extra wire. I've noticed that the fuel pump fuse in the BJB has no power to it at all without the extra wire hooked up. Every wiring diagram starts at the fuse but doesnt show whats before that. Can someone help me out here? Where exactly does that fuse get its power? I'm convinced the issue is before the fuse box Thanks!!

Hey thanks for the reply..I found the issue...the previous owner over tightened the stud where the power wire runs from the battery to the fuse box, when they did they bent the tab the stud was on and it separated the bottom of the fuse box and caused the metal tabs inside to separate from the fuses, I bent everything back straight and everything is running fine, i didn't realize but it caused my horn, radio, and fuel pump to not have power on their fuses...thanks again for the reply
