I went to purchase my new fuel pump today and they asked me if I wanted to order the one with the hanger or without? She also said that they both came with strainers. Now, my question is, what is a hanger, and what is a strainer? Some help would be appreciated.
The Hanger I believe is what holds the fuel pump in place, its up to if you want to replace it or not, I didnt I just used the old one. The Strainer is kind of like a filter that connects to the pump to keep objects from being sucked up.
