Fuel pump install pointers

Just 2 things to add: I think you should add an adjustable regulator too; the pressure out of those pumps is slightly different than stock, and you will want to control it accurately. This also means a gauge. I got mine for a good price from MuscleMotors, although they're right in the 'hood (I think around $100 for an Accufab regulator, and $40 for a permanent mount Accugage).

I installed a 110lph pump and mine has run very rich ever since... I know it's only one step up from stock, but do you think I need to get a regulator? That has crossed my mind recently, and since I don't have a guage, I don't know what it's running at...

I think an adjustable regulator is high up on the list of must have items, no matter what pump you use. It's really not hard to install at all. As I said, I seem to recall about $100 for the Accufab, and another $40 for a permanent mount Accugage for the fuel rail.
