Hey everyone I was wondering if I could get your advice on installing and what fuel pump to get for my 94 Stock Gt, I was looking at the BBK 110 from brothersperformance or the 155 but I dont know if I can use them because of my stock motor please give me advice on if it will work because I do plan to get do some major mods later this year. Also how long does a fuel pump R&R take? If someone could help me I would really appreciate it

You can use any size you want. Most people go ahead and go with a 190 or 255 lph, because:

a) there isn't any harm in going with a hi-flow fuel pump
b) the 255 lph is only $110 or so; the 190 lph is $89, so not much price difference
c) they will support all the bolt-ons you want. The only time you might need to go bigger than a 255 lph is if you get REAL serious, as in H/C/I + a supercharger or turbo.

Yeah.. what he said... Can't go too big, but you can for sure kick yourself when you decide to do mods later, and realize you have to drop the tank again.. A good general pump is the 190lph, but the 255lph is even better...

kozo-
Go with a 255lph pump. I picked one up brand new on the Corral classifieds for 60 bucks.

As for the install, it's not that bad. I did it by myself with a 2.5 ton floorjack having never swapped a pump before and it took about 4 hours. Most of that time could have been shaved off by removing only the bolts that NEEDED to come off. I could do it again in less than three I'd be willing to bet.

The pump swap itself is the easy part; the difficulty comes in removing and reinstalling the tank. Use a friend for the extra hands if possible.

Not impossible to do alone, but easier with help.
