Aside from the Integrated Relay Control Module (located on the passenger side front strut tower), is there a separate relay for the fuel pump in my '93 2.3L 5-speed?
I've found relays for around $20 on a bunch of websites but have also read I'll need to replace the entire IRCM, which is around $140.

You can carefully open the IRCM and replace the relay(s) as needed. I believe that the 91-93 IRCM looks a little different from the one detailed for this Turbo Coupe, but the principle is the same.

I did open it and my Dad had suggested the same thing, but I just ordered the whole IRCM from Rock Auto. I really just wanted to make sure there wasn't another relay that might actually be the problem and not the IRCM itself, if that makes any sense.
I swapped in a new IRCM; it was simple enough. It's started every time since. Hopefully it's solved the problem.
