I have a 1991 Ford Mustang
I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, computer, ecc relay, and still no resolution. I saw an OLD post about this, but I am stuck.
Going thru this old troubleshooting, posts, and I get thru the power side, the control side seems to be the issue...not sure if I am missing a ground or if I have a bad wiring/connector

The troubleshooting says to check power on the red wire of the fuel pump relay, with the ignition on, should have 12v...I get 4.5 volts...so something is not right.
