I can't seem to get the fuel rail connections to pull apart. I have the correct AC/Fuel line disconnect tools but when I push it in it does not move at all. I have sprayed some PB Blaster in the connections but still with no luck. Any suggestions on how to get these apart?

They make new pistons every day, so why worry?

sometimes you have to spin or wiggle the tool into the spring to un lock it fully, also if you have the plastic tools, you may want to consider finding the aluminum ones.

Thanks, I will give that a try. Ya, allI have is the plastic ones so if that does not work I will track down some metal ones.

Some of the plastic ones don't have a big enough lip to pop the lines off. Get a set with a deeper lip and they should pop right off. Just had the same problem 2 days ago

Right on, I am going to order a set of the metal ones. Hopefully I can get more leverage on the metal ones, the connection will not buge at all with the plastic ones, can't get the spring to compress at all.

Plastic will work just fine, just need a deeper lip. You can pick up a set for $13 at autozone
