Fuel rail install question?

Does anyone make a fitting to install into the stock fuel line to convert to an hose?? I see that a couple companies make the an hose to fit the stock fuel rail but not the other way around. I would like to install my FPR and aftermarket rails without changing the feed and return line back to the tank right now. Any thoughts?

i think UPR makes em. pricey cause i think they want like $60 for em. i also though that summit had em as well. check summmit number rus-640870 and rus-640880. see if those would work for you. also in the summit catalog in the mustang section.
