In the middle of my bullitt intake swap and going to put on the bullitt fuel rails. My question is that rubber crossover hose that connects the two fuel rails in the back of the motor, is that removable? I tried pulling on it, and it doesnt budge. What i also dont get is there are no clamps on that hose, wouldnt u think if there is fuel running thru it, that you would def want clamps so it doesnt ever loosen up and start spraying fuel?

remove the TB, then pull all the injector off, and then work your way to pull the whole fuel rail system off.

You have to cut it...it won't pull apart...

I think that is what you are asking,...

Really? So then you have to buy another crossover tube for the fuel rails? Why would Ford use such a stupid design. Is their any aftermarket crossover tube's that would work?

You shouldn't have to remove those cross over tubes to remove the fuel rails. Just remove it as an assembly as stated above.

I replaced the fuel rails on my 98 with those of a 97 so I could use a pressure regulator...you have to cut it...it won't pull off...it is bs...if you can't pull it off whole, you have to cut it...

cool. thanks for the help guys. maybe i wont pull it off then. there was just some surface rust or corrosion of some kind on the inside of the fuel rails and i was going to soak them in some of that evaporust stuff and see if it actually works.

I wouldn't recommend cutting or pulling it off. It's intended to be one piece.
