I heard that the 94-95 5 liter flow better than the 87-93 . Is this true? Has anyone else heard of this

the 94-95 fuel line are bigger then the stock 87-93 fuel lines. the stock fuel line are good up to around 400-425hp after that your are pushing the stock rails. the 94-95 fuel rail will support 500+ hp. i have them on my car as i didnt want to spend a ton of money on aftermarket fuel rails, and you can pick up used 94-95 rail looking on the web for a decent price.

There are plenty that have pushed the the stock 87-93 fuel rails past 500rwhp with no issues.
The general concensus over on turbomustangs seems to be 500-550rwhp is reaching the upper limits of the stock 87-93 rails.
But what about the feed and return lines on the car? What are the stock 87-93 lines good for?
i was running 480rwhp with the stock rails and was leaning out. like i said with the stock rails after 450hp you are starting to push the limits on them. the 94-95 rail are bigger and are able to hold more fuel. less of a chance of leaning out the motor.
the feed and return line are just about in the same locating as the stock rails. i had to bend one of the lines the supply the rail just a little bit by hand. they connect right up just the the 87-93 lines.
Keep in mind RWHP is relative to the power adder your using. Your leaning out at 480 rwhp while many turbo guys seem to be just fine past 550 rwhp. It's also a must to have proper fuel pressure. Some people seem to have no issues with just a high volume 255 pump while some need an additional inline.
what I mean is hp support of the stock fuel lines, inbetween the rails and the tank.
not to sure about this one
