What do you need to do?...bleed the pressure so you can remove the rail? If so, you can just pull the fuel pump fuse while the car is running and then it will sputter and die from lack of fuel.

No, I need to remove the entire fuel rail, there is no pressure because there is no schrader valve, there is a adapter that goes into the fuel rail, where the schrader goes to supply fuel to the fuel solinoid in a NX wet kit,I was tightning the adapter and over tightned an the adapter snapped leaving the remaing thread in the fuel rail,so now I need to remove the fuel rail to get out the remaining thread still stuck in there. Sorry for the life story.

If you are just wanting remove the fuel rail, use a fuel line disconnect tool to release the clip where the fuel line meets the rail. Just insert the tool and push it in until it clicks, then you can seperate the rail.

go to Autozone and get a Fuel disconnect tool for $5, they can explain to you how you use it also.

You may be able to use an "EZ-out" thread removal tool. It'll remove the busted threads w/o removing the fuel rail.
