Fuel specs

Hey guys, been trying to diagnose this car and am trying to checkout the fuel system. Can someone give me the specs for the pressure at idle with vacuum and idle without and what it should change to when the rpms increase.
The dang car will not accelerate at all. when you put your foot on the throttle it just does not respond at all.

Update: I guess the fuel pump is ok. Anyway I had a lot of codes and cleared them with my scanner and they did not clear. So I did the good ole batt disco and the codes are gone and now the car will not start at all. Is the computer shot?

Is it a 93? Something similar just happened to me. My 2nd coil pack was sparking way late and causing strong afterburn because I was way rich. I changed the DIS module and it fixed it for 20 minutes, then the DIS burnt out again and it started doing it again. Then, after I screwed with it more, a wire burnt when I was driving and it wouldn't start anymore. My fuel pump won't prime, and my relay box wont kick on. (All my fuses and connections are good). If your older, I'd say maybe tfi problems? Slow due to poor timing adjust, now no start because it's completely dead? Check for spark at the plugs in either case. (If fuel pump can be heard at key on)

I Have spark at the plugs, fuel pump is priming. My computer could not clear the codes so I did the batt disco to clear the KAM and now no start.
