I Dont Think So..... From what I can see in that pic those are cast head's... I can see the casting ridge right on the front of the head.... Those are not Aluminum Heads. You say it's a crate engine as well.... look's more like it came out of a farm truck man.... it's pretty filthy.

I stand corrected...... it was hard to see in your pics... they looked cast. You don't have to get all upset now. I still would put the carb on the right way though and take the fuel pump out of the engine bay.
Why do you call that 351 a crate engine?? From what I can remember you got it out of an old truck or van or something a while ago??
