Its been FOREVER since iv been here.... Bought a house and havnt had much time for race cars. Figured i would check in and see if anyone is going to the Funday Sunday event.

I will be taking my car in attempt to hit the 9 second mark. Im trying to get the nitrous setup done so I can go deep into the 9's, should be a fun day. Maybe i wont get kicked off the track AGAIN! hope to see some of yall there.

I wish I could go, never have sundays off though. I'd go just to check out your car. Get some videos for thsoe who cant make it at least! Speedworld has gotten a lot more strict on there tech.

Wait is Funday Sunday the 2nd Sunday of every month? I thought it was the first Sunday of every month.

I went tonight. A friend wanted to test out a second stage of nitrous he installed. It didn't go so well.

(freeze frame from the video)

He only blew up the plastic cold air intake. He'll have it fixed and will be running again this sunday.

That doesnt look good, glad he didnt do to much damage. What actually happened to cause the backfire? What kind of times does he run?

I just changed my plugs last night and cranked my car up for the first time in 5 months. I found 2 plugs with the ceramic completely cracked around and could spin, and one had a chunk of ceramic missing from it. She seems to be running pretty crisp now... I also ordered my remaining nitrous parts for this weekend, so hopefully summit will delivery in a timely manner so i can complete it before Sunday.

Enjoy the video...

New number is (same area code) 989-0101. Its not my brother but anyways, yes they are taking the car up there this year again. He put a T-5 in it, and some TF 185 cnc heads, and TF race EFI intake and some nitrous i think. I can ask him how much hes looking to get for it, if you want.
