Funny story (got pulled over)

The next day got pulled over by the sound police... tried to give me a ticket for "noise pollution" I jyst told them, I know its loud and im working on getting it fixed....let off with a warning...

I always ask to see the radar i know they dont have to let me see it. But everytime i get a ticket i fight it so it makes for a great defense. I might have to pay double the fine or whatever but i always want my plea bargain to include "not on the driving record" Lawyers rule

earlier this year i was a passenger in a car and we were stopped. i was asked for my id and the cop told me that i needed that at all times. cause thats what i thought, i wasnt driving, so i didnt think i needed it.

:Word: A lot of immature cops use scare tactics to try to get you to admit some sort of guilt.... Often, if you're young looking they will ask you for ID, if you don't have it they'll ask you how old you are and your address etc... If you act nervous they'll say thats probable cause to search you, or ask you to blow into a breathalyser (which in a lot of states, like here for example, if you turn down a breathalyser you'll have your license suspended). Cops will also use "plain sight" (which also branches to smell and hearing) as an excuse to search you or your vehicle.
