Post does not state what model year of car nor the fuse panel (engine or driver's kick panel).

No information = No help

F2.2 is a VERY important fuse as it controls about half of the engine sensors and controls.

If a fuse blows as soon as it it installed, this means there is a wiring fault somewhere. Check for a wiring fault at the MAF, Automatic transmission controls, injectors (all of them), IAC, fuel pump rely (CCRM).

Does this car even start? Since you didn't mention that, I am going to assume that it does. If so, I doubt that F2.2 is the fuse that is blowing.

Double check your work. Fuse F2.2 is not blown. It's some other fuse.

Quick F2=CJB diagram.
1-5 break
6-11 break
12-17 break
18-23 break
23-29 break
30-35 break
36-41 break

On the side (top to bottom)-42,43,44

Should be a diagram/schedule in the owner's manual as well.

FWIIW, what I said about the fuse blowing straight away is still true. There's a fault someone. Either in the wiring harness or a device. Without knowing the correct fuse, can't tell you which devices to check.
