When my friend drives his car and puts the rpms 4k or above he blows fuses, if you guys have any general idea on why or how to fix it paste it here

what circuit is blowing fuses? if it is somewhat random, i would look at the alternator and its wiring - it might not be regulating voltage properly. he should not drive the car if this is the case as it is dangerous - the battery could explode, a fire could be started, etc.
