fusible link ?

Ok, so I did the rerouting of my electrical harnesses through the wheel wells and now my car is dead. Everything is connected as it was before but when I turn the key I get no starting. The fuel pump primes, I have all lights the battery is good and I can get It to start by jumping the coil. Could it be a fusible link and if so does anyone know which one? I need some help on this one. The car is a 92 GT.

Do you mean the starter will not turn the engine?

No i get nothing but internal power. no clicking no nothin. I cant get power to the start solenoid from the key. And every time I turn the key to the start position when I let go I hear a single click comong from under the hood. HELP!!!!
