IF you read my earlier post i just got a new mustang. Its a 4.6L V8 1996 Mustang GT Convertible, and no mods were done by the previous owner.

Some one gave me the advice to get Full length sub-frame connectors, can anyone tell me what these do?

Also I would like to compile a list for future modifications that would either A.make the car look cooler or B. make the car run better. As I keep reading from the boards i'll get to understand more but until then can i get suggestions on what to do.

full length SFC's stiffen the car, and on a convertible they help out a lot according to most people.

as for other mods, here are some ideas:
PI Heads
Gears (4.10's)
Shifter
Exhaust
Pullies
Timing Adjuster
Plenum
Throttle Body
MAF

Theres a lot of good stuff in there but i dont know where to start, i suppose i'll go with the full length sfc's but my real problem is not really knowing what it all does, and that will just take research on my part.

Basically connects the two frames together. You need to weld them in. Connecting them makes the frame of the car stronger and better built, and should help quiet rattles.

Not aplicable? Are you trying to say keep it NA? Meaning no power adder? NA=Naturally Aspirated.

I say do all of your power mods first and then worry about looks. These guys have already covered the mods so I thought I'd just throw my .02 in there. Congrats by the way!

it all comes down to what you wanna do--and more importantly--how much you wanna spend. i personally do not need a street monster....right now....so most of beginning mods wont be adding any HP
