FYI Steeda has Idoit reps

i don't run any steeda parts and i never will. i've had nothing but problems with them and their parts, plus they ain't cheap :notnice:

Good quality parts arent suppose to be cheap! Im not saying that Steeda makes the best parts or anything like that, but hey if you wanna play you gotta pay!:D

So why ask the question if you know so much?

How do you know its the EXACT part? Looks can be decieving....

Seems you have your mind made up and dont want anyones advice.

Edit:
He didnt say ebay..I am a retard and cant read

I never even mentioned ebay....how come every time you post you just start a flipping arguement

And yes I can call around and get as much input and as much advice as I please and if I feel that somebody is giving me crap advice. I can say that too if I feel like it. Mr. Knowitall, cant post a pic, complex

Chris, calm down...he didn't start the thread to ask a question, he started it to mention steeda's customer service. I don't want to instigate anything. This can be discussed maturely.

I think anyone who is serious about our car's suspension would take MMs or Griggs' advice over Steeda's. You and I both know that steeda is mostly hype and marketing.

ok so where and how much will the car suffer..?

Thats a question...no?

I know he was bashing Steeda which I dont care...I dont buy Steeda stuff. He doesnt know what spring he wants forsure yet..the impression I got. And yes I thought I saw ebay somewhere in your post, my bad.
Good coilover springs like QA1/HAL are only like 30$ ea new. I tried giving my advice on how to find the proper spring, and most of all you needing to know what you want from the car...that is all.

Now Yobi has started name calling..hehe..I didnt go there:notnice:

You seem to know it all Yobi not me..heck you know who manufacturers springs for Steeda right? They just slap their name on it.

Still crying over me taking my pics down...wow I have effected you deeply huh

Only the internet Mr.I have mold in my car how do I get it out....Mr.ASE master tech. or whatever...lol

Common Sense man.

I am the king at this, you def dont wanna go to a battle bud. Since you decided to take a stab/low blow for name calling right back at you.

I was only tryin to help you Mr.pile oh parts will my car ever run?

Strange does make good products, but again, they are drag focused parts.

I think there has been some issues with their CO kit and Strut kit being noisy over pot holes. This may or may not be the fault of metal-on-metal CC plates though. I think it was blackvert that had the problem. A couple other people chimed in also.

I went with the Struts to get away from drag only oriented (90/10s), yet can be that if I want.

I have no 1st hand exp with the CO kits...I run the D&D kit and it is noise as are majority of them

yeah i think pretty much all coilover kits make noise, not just strange. but the adjustablilty more than makes up for it. i remember when we put the coilover kit on my old vert and lowered it down it was sitting right on top of the tires like a drag radial car in ffw, looked sooo hot. couldn't drive it like that though lol, l/t's sat a lil' too low. i agree with eades, the shocks and struts are perfect for street cars, soooo easy to adjust and drive home from the track.

OK OK so I took a low blow but sorry. I was just making a point with the Steeda Reps. I know I dont think its such a big deal coil over springs are cheap anyhow if i dont like the feel of the 300s I can swap in 250s or 225s..no need to get worked up over it Eades and yeah the car is a heap of parts now but Its finally coming together.

No hard feelings

I have been thru 12/200s, 14/175s, and current 14/130s

Just tryin to help from someone that has been down the road...i like LOOSE weight trans type, but I fig'd maybe my trial and error could help the next man.

No hard feelings my young jedi.
