First tank (with it in the tank) or second tank for re-emissions test?

Thoughts?

It does say to do it on the 2nd tank and it also seems to run bad on the first tank... So I am leaning towards the 2nd tank...

dont know if it works or helped me, BUT i put a can of isopropyl alcohol in my car before i tested it and it passed great.....which i think that stuff mostly is anyway.
