GARFIELD

DMan, stop whoring off your ebay auctions.

The time and alarm are set with these buttons on the base. The minute button sticks. (probably from being thrown at the wall so many times) but the hour for the time of day and alarm can be set, and the voices work fine. When the alarm goes off, Garfield says, in a strident voice, "Time to get up, sleepyhead!" repeatedly until you either press the black button, cunningly concealed on the front of the left ear, or run screaming from the house.

If you desire to nap a bit longer, you may stop Garfield from trying to waken you by pressing his pink nose. When his nose is pressed, he shouts, "Nahhn--Don't get up. Stay in bed. Sleep longer." Only to recind this blessing in three to five minutes when he begins shouting "Time to get up sleepyhead!" again.

It takes a strong personality to live with an alarm clock like this one.
