A lot of people on here run copper gaskets without a problem... Maybe the bolts arent tight enough?

I put on a nice set of copper gaskets once. And holy crap did they leak, from all over the place. I learned my lesson -- the only gasket I've never had leak is a Fel Pro 1415.

Fel-Pro 1415 and some header studs will do the trick.

Note: the studs probably won't work with longtube headers or P-headers. At least for me, there wasn't enough clearance on the driver side to get the header over the studs. I had to go back to bolts. I have a nice set of header studs now if anybody wants to buy them for cheap .

Mine worked on my LTs. It took a little while but most of that was because I got 12 point nuts. When I do them next, I'll pick up some 6 pointers.

I guess it depends on the situation. I couldn't get the headers onto the studs, much less to a point where I'd be worrying about the nuts. The #5 primary was hitting the A/C canister and that was what kept it from being able to come far enough out and forward to fit over the studs.
