Guys i bought a TFS Street intake but the seller said it needed new gaskets. It comes with a one inch spacer from the upper to lower so what other gasket could he be talking about? Here is the ad.

I have asked him but he didnt give me the answer. all he said was i can get them from summit. Do i need to put gaskets in between the spacer?

Probably intake manifold gaskets and TB/TB spacer gasket. Those are the only ones.

There is no lower intake manifold gasket where it connects to the motor? I am not talking about the lower to upper plenum gasket btw. I have never removed the lower intake manifold on my car so im new to it.

You're gonna want to put gaskets in between the manifold and the heads, yes. Some people use them, so don't. I have always used them, just easier I guess.

where can i get a set of them? Trick flow specialties does not list them. They only list the upper to lower plenum gasket. What is the gaskets offical name? I guess im just a noob but so was everyone else at one time or another lol.
