Recently I did a 302 - 347 stroker motor and a AODE - 3550 Tremec swap so now when the car is running all of the gauges works except for the MPH. It just stays at zero and I have no clue what it could be, Any suggestions?

how about your speedo cable that runs from that cluster to the trans via engine bay. It needs to be plugged into with the right gear into the transmission.
