gauge install

I have the actual gauge part on. The problem that I have is that on the power inverter there are 2 wires. 1 red 1 black. I can't figure out where they are supposed to go. I got this kit off of ebay for 6 bucks. So yea there are no directions.

what gauge is it? black is ground, thats pretty much a given

What Urban said...I would run the Red to a "switched" power wire so you get lights that gone on and off with the headlights...I happened to get power from a parking light power....this way I get "switched " power...

The red wire can go to the pin #14 on the headlamp switch brown wire for the parking lights.

'Black is usualy for ground. Red is usuially for poewr. So wire the red wire to the parking lights wire or soemthing.
