Gauge Pod for 01gt Vert........

Anyone know where to get a gauge pod for an 01-04 gt convertable? I ordered one for mine from brothers performance, and its only good for 94-00 verts, and doesn't work on the 01's as i found out..........any links?? HELP!

I checked the Autometer website and the only thing that would work is the instrument cluster bezel #10005 I don't know if you like the looks of that or not?

i havent seen one for the 'verts either. theyre out there, but i dunno who makes them.

Yea, Ford thickened up the A-pillars starting in '01.

He's absolutely right. Crash protection is the stated reason for the change according to Ford. Instead of a one piece pillar it is now a pillar with a substructure that is lined with foam. My guess is that it wouldn't feel to great in an accident anyway.

Check the link in my sig. The gallery section has some pics of a custom gauge pillar that is an exact match to the newer 01-04 style. As far as I know, it's the only one that matches the newer pillars for both coupe and vert.
