How much should I pay to have gears installed? Do i need anything other than the gears? Installation kit? The car has 19,000 miles on it.

on up to $1600.
Averages are around $200-$500. You shouldn't need the bearing kit with only 19,000 miles. And the gear kit should come with shims and a new crush sleeve.SkOoTcHe said:i'll install your gears for $100.00 plus gear oil

It would be great if someone who has done it before would work with me. If anyone in the D.C. area feels like taking on a project let me know. My main problem is that I live in a town house. I have no garage, and because of it few tools and no place to work.![]()
