I am slipping, I missed that part of his post.

Must not mean me. Since the last stangnet person I met up with was Tyler and that was in 2003.

hey matt, where should I get my subframes welded in?

I would say use the search feature. Subframe installs seem to come up once a month just like gear installs. I would think you could find all kind of threads on this topic. There are several shops in the area that have done tons of sub installs.

You know, I just used the search feature to check myself, and I couldn't find one thread. Maybe I didn't use the right terms/words. Huh? Oh well so much for that bit of advice.

The regional forums are not indexed. So the search feature doesn't work in this forum.

LOL I was just messin' with ya. I think that most of the prior sub/gear threads got wiped last year when during the crash.

Maybe they should make a sticky on subframe connectors and gear installs.

Don't know if I'm beating a dead horse here, but check with some of the 4-wheel drive shops, and some transmission shops besides specialized Mustang shops.

Thanks, never thought of that. It seems like there's one of those 4x4 shops on every corner around here. Not as many as there are coffee stands though
