I live in California and i know that when it comes to emmissions it sucks. I have JBA shorty headers which are supposed to be 50 state legal and a prochamber. The stock catted h-pipe is going back in for the smog but im planning on putting 4.10's before my smog in a couple months. Are the 4.10's gonna effect me passing or not cause i heard that cars are being smoged on dynos here now and wont my rpm's be higher in gear therefore putting out more smog?
