Gears ?

Alright what is the big differences with gears? i am not real sure bout these but i know they improve your performance. so what is the difference between like 3.30, 3.73, 4.10??? how do u install them?

i just saw a post of it and it sounds pretty long and complicated so how much would install be from a reasonable shop?

I already had some like new Ford racing 3.73's in the shed, so I installed them a few weeks ago. This made a huge increase in peformance over the wimpy factory 2.73 gears that were in it. The install wasn't that bad and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again, If you have good mechanical experience and you will be using Ford gears it is very doable in your garage/driveway.

yeah I wish I would have went with 4.10's.......
