If I have a fire red mustang with 70,000 miles on it and im looking at pre-painted parts for it on american muscle do you think the color in the reds would be too different on it that it would be obvious and standout? Should I get black parts or stick with the fire red?
Mileage doesn't fade the paint, sitting in the sun does. How old is the car? I don't think todays paints fade as fast as old paint. If you tell the the age of the car and how much time it spent in sun verses shade they should be able to tell you how accurate the match will be. Mention that it is Red, back in the 80's Red faded quick. They don't seem to anymore. Let us know what you decide and how it turns out.
