ok.. u all helped me get these nice lookin tips, http://www.performancepeddler.com/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=MAG35115 , now i need some suggestions on gettin these tips on the ride. they dont come with hangers welded on or clamps or anything..just the two tips 22" long. i measured the mac tips from the end to where the weld is on the 2.5" piping and it was approx. 21", so i got the 22" tips. should i bring it to a shop and have them do it for however much, or cut the old tips off right at the weld and somehow hang and clamp these new ones on. i got a friend that works for gm who can weld pretty good and was thinkin we could weld new hangers on the top on the tips like they come when u buy a magnaflow system, and them bolt them up. i dont know, im just open to sugestions and u guys who done this before, although i dont think many have with a mac catback, u still know how.
