Getting back into the Mustang game

Well guys, its been well over a year since I totaled out my Mach 1 and in that time I have been driving around in a Lincoln Navigator. I ready to make a purchase this spring to buy a terminator and may have found one to buy. Its a black 04' 2.6 kb cobra with supporting mods with 25k miles for 25k. Anyone think thats a good deal or would I be overpaying? I have seen several go for 24k and is what I offered the guy but he doesn't want to come any lower. What do you think?

The new 5.0's are nice and I already test drove one. I was impressed to say the least and it was an auto which I would never buy. But I don't want to spend 38k for one cause I would want the options and at the end of the day its still a GT that will be worth prolly 20k in four years where the Cobra is worth 22k 7-8 years later
